Food for weight loss

Are you consuming the right types of food when on a diet?
Check out this quick list, you should eat at least one portion of each one if you want your metabolism to work properly:
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Legumes
  • Wholegrain products (whole meal pasta, oatmeal)
  • Fresh fish
  • Green tea
  • Baked potato
  • Boiled brown rice

Shift between these foods and you will find that it gives your diet a real boost.
